Our new gym in Millbrook area in Southampton
Thanks to fruitful discussions Southampton can now boast this Brand new purpose built boxing and martial art complex courtesy of Southampton local council and Lottery funding.
As you can see no expense has been spared in building this well structured gym.
The premises comes in two sections. One part is occupied and controlled by the local taekwondo and karate school. And the other section is jointly controlled by Golden rings boxing club and ourselves 3D Muaythai Academy.
The facilities are as follows:
• 22sq ft pro boxing ring.
• 8 uppercut/hook wall mounted pads
• 9 4ft and 5ft boxing bags
• 2000sq ft open floor space
• Male, Female and disabled shower, toilet & changing room facilities
• Fully furnished kitchen
• 20+ car parking spaces
• Our own admin office
• 3000 sq ft function hall (for gym shows)
